NG+ run, testing out new spear I received from defeating secret boss. Soft spoilers below....
You have to find all secret areas in the 5 chapters and defeat their bosses. Then go to the Great Pagoda in Chapter 3 to be teleported to the 6th secret area and defeat its boss. Or watch a youtube video to find it, lol.
