How to create an email autoresponder in H-Sphere
• Log into H-Sphere control panel.
• Email autoresponder sends automatic uniform reply to all emails sent to a mailbox. It doesn't store any email as a regular mailbox, but it's a great method to undergo during vocational period.
• Scroll over Mail Info tab and click Mail Manager icon.
• Select correct domain and under email setup functions, click New E-mail option. Type email address and check on antispam and antivirus option. Scroll down.
• Check AutoResponder tab and include subject, message and attachments. Click on Submit button. AutoResponder will be activated. It can be seen on the listing below. You can directly click on it to edit or delete new email autoresponder or create a new one in the same way by clicking new email option.
