I had to make some adjustments, including puting the first part of the video - at the end, and I still forgot to show one thing; however, I'm sure someone in the comments will certainly share the input.
This build has it all, for what any solo dps would usually ask for.
It comes with its own aoe interrupt.
It's got great defense and sustain; options for a little more.
It's got a consistant damage shield, highly supported by the decently high crit rating.
It boasts great base damage and a healthy high crit dmg bonus, lavishly supported with its peak penetration stats (after both breaches and passive buff).
It delves greatly into damage over time and status effects which come from them, such as: Bleeding, burning, chilled, overcharged, etc.
It even grants a few buffs for that random team you might hook up with.
Choice ultis:
Weapon = excessive over penning - extra buffed direct dmg
Fighter's Guild = overall buffed dmg before use, more after use.
Mage's Guild = Extra mild sustain, a little extra crowd control, ulti regen after blasting a group of baddies.
