What better way to show love than foodies ☺️
Here’s the recipe ☺️
Ingredients:
Tuna
Mayo
Lemon/Lime Juice
Pepper
Sriracha
Rice
Sesame oil
Cheese of choice
Soy sauce
Seaweed & Carrot for aesthetics
Some Notes:
For the tuna mix, I just mixed it to taste ☺️
Make sure not to add too much oil to the rice or else the heart will fall apart, I did and I had to redo the whole thing 🥲
Don’t forget to add in the cheese! I forgot it the first time around 🥲
Be patient with shaping the heart ☺️ I had to do it for a while until I got the shape I wanted, but also make sure to pack it in enough so that it doesn’t fall apart when you pan fry it 🤗
If your seaweed isn’t sticking to the Onigiri, just use some left over rice as “glue”. It’s an old trick for closing sushi rolls when they’re stubborn ☺️
