Our brute-force script is coming along nicely, but we find ourselves needing to up the horsepower and let Python do some heavy lifting for us.
In this episode, we will learn to utilize Lists. Lists are a kind of bucket to hold data, in our case, the possible login names and passwords for the brute-force.
We also need to learn about For Loops, so that we can task Python with performing the repetitive task of iterating through the names and passwords stored in our lists.
Here, we will work out the logic and syntax. In the next episode we'll apply it to our script.
