Christmas Lantern Resin Art!
Resin Art Box Lamp for lighting up your home at christmas.
I had a couple of goes at designing a resin art template for our box lamp with a Christmassy theme. The first one was going to have snow men and santa and so on, but it wasn't right. Started over and decided on a lit tree and pretty snowflakes - And I think it looks great!
There is a bit of a process to making one of our resin art box lamps. The panels should be arranged with the slot at the top and alternating wide and narrow from left to right. The templates all need to be the right way up, and centered on the panels in the left right direction. i.e there should be an equal gap on each side of each panel and of course the gap on the wide panels will be larger than on the narrow panels. Once colored you then assemble the box lamp with the templates on the inside - they should nearly touch each other making a continuous scene. Make sure you only use cold lights in the lamp as the materials don't like heat.
