大嶼山北部對外巴士路線E41，由龍運巴士營辦，來往大埔頭及航天城巴士總站，途經大埔中心、大埔墟、廣福邨，取道吐露港公路、城門隧道、青衣北岸公路、青嶼幹線往返東涌市中心、機場（後勤區、客運大樓）。
E41線亦為最後一條駛上暢航路的大嶼山北部對外路線，並於2023年隨著延長至航天城改經暢達路，與其他同類路線看齊。
Northern Lantau external bus route E41, operated by Lung Wan Bus, runs between Tai Po Tau and Sky City Bus Terminal, passing through Tai Po Centre, Tai Po Market, Kwong Fuk Estate, via Tolo Highway, Shing Mun Tunnel, Tsing Yi North Coast Highway, Lantau The trunk line runs to and from Tung Chung city center and the airport (logistics area, passenger terminal building).
Route E41 is also the last external route from northern Lantau to run on Cheong Hang Road. It will be extended to Space City in 2023 and diverted to Cheong Tat Road, in line with other similar routes.
