Surface Pro 3 4 "Unable to Connect to this Network" quick fix for 5Ghz AC networks WIFI error

Surface pro will not connect to some 5Ghz AC networks - heres a quick video on on what I did to fix this -- NB I cannot help with your wifi issues :)
You could download via your phone use another wifi or another PC and a usb stick
I know this is a specific issue with older surface pro 3 4 etc as the newer ones connect fine
tried firmware, resetting nic etc. etc.
