if you installed new HDD or format HDD please power on machine press and touch 2 times on screen while screen shows 1/2 on HP logo, then screen shows diagnostic mode go to administer manage disk clear disk password, then format disk used USB thumb drive for firmware download FS3 version from web site put file on root in USB plugin USB back side of the machine then power on and go to diagnostic downloads USB thumb drive upload firmware restart machine.
