Using a UV Filter with a light source in the shot
This is one of the problems you can encounter when using a UV Filter on a shot or timelapse sequence when there is a strong light source (like the sun) in your shot.
Note the ghosting in the opposite part of the frame as the sun appears and disappears in the sequence.
