DPI buttons don’t work well - for RZ support/warranty
I set right click to 5, then both dpi buttons to 3,4. I have to press VERY hard to get 3/4 to type and even when I press HARD, it isn’t consistent and multi presses often when inputs go through. I have gone through all software debug steps provided by RZ tech support, on the FAQ, etc. Problem persists between devices. Buttons do not click the same as they used to, much more stiff to press than in the past. Problem has continually gotten worse to the point that the buttons basically no longer work. Cleaned with rubbing alcohol on a Q tip followed by compressed air to blow any liquid/particles left out repeatedly. No improvement of performance.
