Designing Activities with Unique Learning Artefacts
What are Unique Learning Artefacts (ULAs)? Why do we need them, and how do we design learning activities that will enable our learners to produce them? In this hands-on workshop, you will:
(1) Explore different examples of learning activities that will enable learners to produce ULAs;
(2) Discover how your learners’ ULAs are automatically collected in their OpenLearning digital portfolios;
(3) Learn about the characteristics of ULAs;
(4) Get access to OpenLearning’s “Activity Design Template for Unique Learning Artefacts”, and learn how to use it to easily create your own learning activities;
(5) Design 1 online learning activity that will enable your learners to produce 1 ULA.
