All personal opinion but this is what I would suggest choosing:
2nd Professions to Choose:
Monk: Ele or Ranger or Assassin
Mesmer: Necro or Assassin
Necro: Mesmer
Ele: Mesmer
Dervish: Warrior
Paragon: Warrior
Warrior: Monk
Assassin: Monk or Mesmer
Ritualist: Don't Matter?
Ranger: Ritualist
^Keep in mind that you can CHANGE Professions after Ascended anytime with Profession Changer as shown in video. This is a guide only and not most optimal.
