FLOURLESS FLUFFY CAKE 🥧
◼️INGREDIENTS:
▪️2 large apples (about 250g)
▪️2 eggs
▪️2-3 tbsp Greek yogurt (I used soy yogurt)
▪️Stevia or any sweetener you like
▪️Cinnamon to taste
◼️PREPARATION:
👉🏻Blend all the ingredients well, pour the mixture into ovenproof bowls, and bake for 40 minutes at 190°C.
