Databricks on Azure with Terraform | Automate Your Workspaces
In this video, we demo Databricks on Azure with Terraform. I show you how to deploy a #Databricks workspace, auto-scaling cluster, an admin user, a pre-populated #python notebook, and a job using #Terraform on #Azure.
#Sentinel policies are used to provide guard-rails for developers to limit cost. The Sentinel policy restricts the type of Azure VM to be deployed in addition to the maximum number of worker nodes in the auto-scaling cluster.
You can now automate the process of deploying Databricks workspaces with #InfrastructureAsCode using Terraform. This will allow your developers. to prepare the Databricks environment to run machine learning models.
Since the process is now automated, you can create and destroy Databricks environments easily and quickly to save on cost.
