REPLACING DRUM in Studio One Using ONLY Internal Plugin
Do You need to replace the KICK and SNARE of an Acoustic Drum in your song with your favorite VST Drum?
You can do this with the GATE plugin of Studio One.
The Steps:
1. Add a VST Drums (anything)
2. Choose the Kit
3. Insert GATE plugin in Kick track
4. Isolate the Kick by adjusting the Threshold of the Gate
5. Activate TRIGGER to Note C1
6. Pull down the volume of Kick track
7. Do the same for the Snare track
8. In your VST drum input, choose GATE kick/Snare
9. Record enable the VST Drums
10. Play
