Draw X Axis Constant Line with Dynamic Value for Power BI Line Chart
Welcome to Power BI August 2021 Power BI Desktop Update. During this session, we will learn how we can draw X-Axis Constant Line with Power BI Line Charts using Dynamic value. Earlier with existing functionality Power BI supports static value for X-Axis constant Line chart. Now, with the August 2021 Power BI Desktop update, this functionality has been enhanced and now we can dynamically set X-Axis constant line value in Power BI.
During this video, first, we will create two measures for Dynamic value for the constant line. Then, we will add X-Axis constant line in Power BI. Once we add the line, we will need to set different configuration properties. First, we will turn on the data label and line type. Then we will turn on shade color for our line chart!
