So for the past couple of months, I have been journaling as part of a new journey in my life. The past couple of years have been tough, and I've been trying my hardest to stay on top of my mental health, especially as of lot lately. I keep letting things I can't control get to me, so I was looking up different ways to keep up my mind. Low and behold I found journaling to be a great source of not only peace but helping towards manifesting things. I made this video in hopes that if you are having hard times as well that it would inspire you to journal too, and that better days come for you.
