UPDATE 10/10/2024
The sending unit on the eBay purchased Fuel Pump failed. The pump worked just fine but the sending unit slowly quit sending to the instrument cluster. Eventually the gauge stuck on Empty and the Fuel light was always on. I replaced it with a different one from Amazon. The problem was solved.
