Are too many Blacks in prison unjustly? I don't think so.
With all this talk of prison overcrowding and the high number of African Americans locked up I looked at the "numbers" and realized: The growth in prisons have resulted in record low Crime rates. They must be locking up the right people.
I think it important to discuss this because if African Americans (and others) are mislead into thinking Blacks are somehow purposely targeted for prison, that only helps feed the friction between races in the USA.
