COMMUNIST EU IS THE STRONGEST FORMABLE NATION IN HOI4!
I had about 2 or 3 more failed runs of this but I did not include them. Overall this took a lot of time. Its not a bad focus tree tho I take back what I said about the Belgian focus tree it doesn't suck as much as I thought.
