Final Cut Tutorial: Slo-Mo, Fast-Mo, Reverse How To
Step 1: Open Final Cut Express.
Step 2: Import your video into Final Cut by pressing File/Import/Files or Apple/command I. and then save your project by pressing File/ Save Project or by pressing apple/command S, and name your project whatever you feel like and save it wherever you want.
Step 3: Drag your video clip into the Timeline.
Step 4: Render Your Video. Select your video and press Sequence/ Render Selection / Both or apple\command R. Then wait for your video clip to finish rendering.
Step 5: After rendering select the clip you want to edit and press Modify/ Speed.. or apple\command J
It will open a window where you will be able to change percentage speed and reverse option. Ignore Frame Blending.
To see the video change re-render again by pressing apple/command R.
Step 6: Change your speed by changing the percentage.
Step 7: To Reverse Video Click on the reverse check box.
