Inspired by the birth of his son eight years ago, Michael Awad took an unconventional path. Putting aside his ego, he transitioned from being a Senior Consultant to becoming a junior developer, all in pursuit of what he truly loves.
In his own words, "Learning how to code is hard. Transitioning from advising directors of large companies on strategy as a senior consultant to being a junior developer who starts from scratch was quite a challenge."
His journey taught him invaluable lessons in perseverance and self-belief.
Today, as an Engineering Manager at Ordina, he leads a team of 50 passionate JavaScript, Front-end, and Mobile developers. His role involves optimizing their quality of life and empowering them to reach their full potential.
