Community Chef Said
Before the Covid-19 crisis, Chef Said El Mennaouy was the owner of catering company Tamaris Cuisine. Due to the pandemic, he stopped his business and pivoted to cooking meals for the East Boston community, where he has lived since immigrating from Morocco nine years ago.
