Seen here are several patrol cars of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency (SMPA) on patrol or responding around the capital city at nighttime. Korean police commonly patrol with emergency lights turned on (or often only with certain 'patrol lights') to indicate that they are on duty and to show presence. Police in Korea rarely use the siren.
