Why is it difficult to remove my object from the form?
Here is an easy way to remove your creations from a cast sheet. Hold the sheet with both hands and push down from above with your thumbs. If you can't reach into the centre, trim the excess sheet around your form and try again. Adding a small hole in the mold can help loosen the cast. Don't forget to tape over the hole when you cast your next creation.
If you're repeatedly having issues removing your master from the vacuum formed sheets, you can buy some mold release spray so spray on your master before vacuum forming it. You can also use an air gun to carefully apply air pressure where the master meets the formed sheet and it should pop right out.
