Pressure Cooker mein Mutton,namak,adrak lehsan aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 12 min tak Whistle laga den
-Cooker Open kar k Gosht ko Karahi me shift kar den 2 min achy sy hilane k bad 3 tamater slice dal k dhak den 3 min bad cheelky remove kar den,Tamter achi tarha gala len paste ban jaye to oil add karden,sath me 1 tbs lal mirch add kar k achy dy bhoon len oil sapreat hona Start ho jaye to Dahi Dal den achy sy bhnai karne k bad zeera powder,Dhania powder, Kali Mirch Powder dal k bhoon len end par sabz dhania,sabz mirch,aur lamba kata hua adrak dal kar 5 min halki anch par cook karlen aur serve karen.
