All Americans have a right to freely exercise their religion, and that right extends to the workplace. Vivian Geraghty was forced out because she chose not to violate her beliefs. ADF attorney Logan Spena told Newsmax's Greg Kelly that by forcing Vivian to resign, the school clearly violated the Constitution.
