How to build a 20m2 tiny house
After the law passed, the Salva Casa (Home Rescue) law made it possible to build tiny homes measuring 20 square meters and 240 cm high.
I'm architect Carmen Granata, author of the blog Guida per Casa (Guide to Home), and in this video I explain the conditions under which it's possible to build micro-apartments that exempt from the usual habitability requirements.
