Insane concept, you are racing through a uterus with 1000 other sperm cells who are all trying to kill one another while trying to get to an egg to conceive a baby.
The gameplay is actually a lot of fun. At the start your load is shot out all at once and your screen is covered with other sperm cells and layers shootng every which way. You can shoot at the other cells with your weapons, pickup speed power ups, and try to get to the end before any other. If you are not first or if you die you lose.
A variety of weapons and upgrades to unlock
Sometimes you get digested in the Stomach, meaning the girl took it down her throat, and if you reach the stomach first you unlock an Uber weapon.
Good soundtrack
Short / Low Replayability. Without a guide I was able to quickly figure out what to do and beat the game multiple times within about 10-15minutes
