Here are my Tips for Building a Shed Foundation on a Slope:
1. Layout the Shed Foundation using string lines and battter boards
2. Wear a good pair of boots. I rocked the Danner Bull Run GTX's for this Build. (https://danner.pxf.io/c/2903430/21585...)
3. Excavate as needed around the perimeter of the foundation and backfill with 2"-4" of stone.
4. Build the Shed Foundation frame with 4"x6" pressure treated lumber.
5. Backfill the "void" space with dirt (first) and stone (second).
6. Compact everything.
