DME130, Animated GIFs, part3, Creating frame animations in Photoshop CC
In this third video (of 4) we are going to create our web banner advertisement as a frame animation in Photoshop CC. Using the frame animation timeline we can add frames, tween between them, and change the timing to refine our animations and give viewers the time to read our messages.
