In July of 2018, a quartet of friends set out for a highly anticipated surf in the waters of North Carolina. Little did Johnny Cheshire and his friends know that tropical storm Chris—the very reason they'd anticipated massive swells—also stirred the inhabitants of the ocean away from their typical marshy abodes. Among them? is one of the most venomous creatures in the world: The Box Jellyfish.
