Processing Giant Squid
After removing the head, the fisherman kicked the beak to pull it out easily. He then sliced off what remained and put it in a separate container. The same goes for the tail and the pair of giant fins.
Next is processing the internal organs. This could be messy, but there's no problem since he's an expert. After cutting and cleaning the siphon and removing the gladius, the white flesh was revealed.
A few more slices, and the fisherman was already done. Giant squid species are known to contain a thousand times more toxin than ordinary ones.
If you ever find some, send them to me and I’ll dispose of them for you.
Remember to add some coconut milk, cumin and turmeric. Thanks.
