The COVID-19 pandemic and quarantine has thrown life into chaos for a lot of people, including students. Millions of students around the world were impacted when their classrooms shut down. While many schools transitioned to online learning as a way of teaching remotely, a lot of those students struggled to succeed without the familiar classroom setting.
But the quarantine is still ongoing and classroom attendance remains uncertain. So, how can students survive the online learning environment so as to not compromise their education?
Our three tips in this video are:
1) Get used to the idea of online learning
2) Develop a sense of responsibility and independence
3) Have a long-term outlook on education.
Whether you're a parent, in middle school or post-secondary, online learning can be a challenge. It's a major shift from how we've always experienced school, but with the right mindset and approach, you can survive online education.
