step by step instructions/ script:
Ok so this is just a short video on how to remove a background using ai
Im first going to safari, because safaris download function works better on the ipad but this process works on any operating system.
And I'm on this ai background removal website which I'll leave linked in the description.
Then i'm going to ‘choose a photo’ and ‘photo library’ and im using this picture of the hulk that i just got from google. And then I'm clicking ‘use’ And i'm just waiting for it to load.
Then im clicking ‘download’ then another tab will open and im clicking ‘download’ again . Then im clicking up here, then clicking on the picture which will then open it up and i can click here to save the image. But usually when you use the background remover, the picture turns out a bit blurry. So i'm going to this ai upscaling website, which is the same one i used in the superman upscaling video. And I do go more into detail in that video, so I'll leave the link for that and the upscaling website in the description.
So i'm going to ‘select images’ and selecting the hulk picture i've just saved. And then im clicking start. And then these options will come up, so I'm leaving the top one on ‘artwork’ , the upscaling on ‘4x’ and the noise reduction on ‘low’. Then im clicking ‘ok’ and just waiting. When its finished im clicking ‘download’ and then ‘download’ again. And I'm clicking up here, and I'm clicking on this picture. And that looks alot better now i think. So here you can see the original picture, then after the background removal, and after the upscaling. Now I'm just opening both the before and after picture in affinity. And you can see on the finished picture, it doesn't have the black outlines like the original picture did. So I'm just going to bring them back. So I'm clicking on the finished picture and I'm going to the ‘layer fx studio’. Im clicking on ‘outline’ then clicking on the slider. Making sure the colour is on black. And increasing the radius to 1 pixel.
