Это видеоинструкция о том, как активировать Vulkan api в эмуляторе xbox360 Xenia. Больше не требуется компилировать отдельный файл, все библиотеки уже интегрированы в Master-Build, а для активации Вулкан просто нужно запустить эмулятор с нужным параметром.
