Ingredients:
1. Chicken pastroma:
chicken breast fillet (4 pieces);
dry adjika (2 teaspoons);
salt (2 teaspoons);
ground black pepper (1 teaspoon);
paprika (3 teaspoons);
garlic (6 cloves), or 3 teaspoons of granulated garlic. P.S. if you want to get more spicy taste, then take spices 1.5 times more.
2. Chicken riet:
chicken thigh (3 pieces);
garlic (3 cloves);
medium carrots (1 piece);
medium onion (1 piece);
oregano (to taste);
fresh parsley (to taste);
salt and pepper (to taste).
3. Cake "Ant hill":
sugar cookies (600 g);
boiled condensed milk (1 jar);
condensed milk (100 g);
butter (100 g);
sour cream (2 tablespoons with a slide);
For decoration:
nuts, poppy seeds or chocolate (to taste).
4. Vitamin juice (per 1 liter):
frozen berries (3 handfuls);
sugar (3 tablespoons without a slide - not sweet/ 4 tablespoons without a slide-sweet);
boiling water (1 liter).
5. Vegetable salad with shrimps (for 4 people):
shrimps (200-250 g);
cucumber (1/2 of a large cucumber);
tomato (2 pcs medium-sized);
peking cabbage (1/2 head, preferably slightly smaller);
yellow bell pepper (1 piece)/ or other color;
red onion (1/2 medium head)/ it is optional here;
lemon (1.5 pcs);
vegetable oil (3 tablespoons);
salt (to taste).
6. Baked meat:
pork loin or neck (≈ 1.2 kg);
garlic (≈ 5 cloves, depending on the number of cuts);
salt (to taste);
ground black pepper (to taste);
granulated garlic (to taste).
7. Potato cue balls:
potatoes (600 g);
salt, butter, milk (for mashed potatoes);
chicken egg (1 piece);
flour (1 tablespoon without a slide);
sour cream (at your discretion);
cheese (the more, the better).
