Have you ever wonder if the battery of your scooter were to dead or be drained of its charge is there another way to start your scooter. Well I have some good new. Most scooters are equipped with a lever known as a n emergency kick starter that start the engine of your scooter even if the battery of your scooter is dead.

Kick Starting even smallest of scooters can be difficult task if not done properly. So here is my step by step know how for starting your scooter using the kick start.
STEP 1: Locate the kick start lever and unfold the foot peg to an outward position.
STEP 2: Place your key in the scooters ignition and turn it to the on position.
STEP 3: Make sure the kill switch button is off (O) position. If this button is in the on (X) position , your scooter will never start.
STEP 4: Be sure to squeeze a brake handle.
STEP 5: Place your foot on the kick start peg and push it down. Continue to repeat this step until your scooter starts up.
TIP: Sometimes give your scooter a little throttle while kicking start it will help you chance of the scooter starting quicker.
