If you're looking to remove a VPN configuration from your Android device, either to switch services or stop using a VPN altogether, the process is simple and can be done through your phone's settings. This is especially helpful if you've previously used a manual VPN setup or installed profiles that are no longer needed.

In this video, you’ll learn how to remove VPN settings from Android, whether the VPN was configured manually or through a third-party app. If you’re using an app like Urban VPN, Turbo VPN, or Touch VPN, the easiest method is to simply uninstall the app. This action will remove both the app and its associated VPN profile.

However, if the VPN was configured manually through Android's system settings, follow these steps: open the Settings app on your Android phone. Depending on your device model and brand (such as Samsung, Xiaomi, or Pixel), navigate to "Connections," "Network & Internet," or a similar menu. From there, look for an option called “VPN.” If you’re unsure, you can use the search function within the settings menu by typing “VPN.”

Once you access the VPN section, you’ll see a list of configured VPN profiles. Tap on the VPN profile you want to remove. You should then see an option to delete or remove the VPN profile—select "Delete VPN profile" or a similar prompt to confirm the removal.

After deleting the profile, your VPN connection will be completely removed from the device, and no traffic will be routed through the previously configured VPN. This also helps if you’re troubleshooting internet issues caused by outdated or conflicting VPN settings.
