The Pomodoro Technique is a powerful time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s to help people work and study more efficiently and productively. The technique breaks down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by 5 minutes breaks. Each interval is known as a Pomodoro, 'tomato' in Italian.
2 Pomodoros, each formed by 25 minutes of work and 5 minutes of rest. No music but a short beep between work and rest sessions. A countdown timer overlapped on the black background when working to minimize disruption and delightful red ribbon background when resting. Aesthetic minimalist design.
