Niomi Smart’s breakfast honey smoothie recipe is a tasty start to any day. Inspired by our Ethiopian Honey Deep Nourishing Mask, our favourite lifestyle blogger blends together oats, honey and all kinds of deliciousness to give you the best morning fuel. If you’re feeling super sweet, make a glass for you and your workout buddy. Here’s the recipe:
Breakfast Honey Smoothie
Serves 2
What you’ll need:
1 ripe banana
4 heaped tbsp oats
2 tbsp pure honey
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
extra cinnamon to dust
Method:
Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Pour into two glasses and dust with cinnamon.
