Our company employs full-time Technical Supervision specialists. This is in addition to the Technical Supervision Engineers, who oversee the work directly at each site.
The main task of the Technical Supervision Service is to accept work from engineers, create a "Checklist" document (documents with strictly defined quality criteria for completed work) based on the engineer's completion of each stage of work, issue conclusions on the acceptance of each stage of work, permit the next stage of work, and conduct subsequent analysis of system errors.
This service allows company management to objectively evaluate the work at each site and each engineer, and analyze the overall performance of company specialists. Based on the results of technical supervision visits, the company introduces new standards and requirements for work quality, work organization, the production department, etc.
TECHNICAL SUPERVISION is a team of highly qualified specialists who, through good organization and ability to work with checklists, company components, and technical specifications, determine:
the quality of the work performed
the quality of the materials delivered to the site.
