TRADITIONAL RUSSIAN SAUNA PROCEDURE| #19

This day was cool, but I was awake more than 26 hours. The time difference and then this sauna procedure with my friends + the dinner afterwards....it was kind of badly planned. Because we went sleep around 1-2 in the morning, but for me it was already 7 in the morning. So I slept like 3 hours and the others were sleeping until 11...
Never mind, 10 hours flight in economy class was really different from the business class in the first video. I cannot sleep, eat, stretch my legs...nothing. But one can survive :)
For me was interesting the fact, that the flight is 10.5 hours and basically it is just across Russia. Such a big country!
Te sauna procedure was amazing, for me it was already second time in my life. The only difference is that the sauna guy beats you with the birch branches. Afterwards jumping to the snow and swimming in the ice cold pool - amazing. In the end we got the massage with the cream made of beer, salt and honey (if I remember correctly).
And obviously, dinner with caviar! Russian style 100%!
