This video contains a destructive test of a Ronin Katana European prototype arming sword. I cut water bottles, rolled news paper, wood, trees, other swords, pipes, and then bend it.
If you like swords it might be entertaining but it is most helpful for folks looking for information on this sword before they buy it..
Notes:
There is a distal taper to the blade. Near the guard it is 6.6mm and near the tip it is 4.1mm. Also I do not see a secondary bevel to the edge, it appears Appleseed shaped.
Also this is the second posting to this video. The first one had a bad audio mix.. this one is a little better but I think I went to far with it..
