18. Create and Manage Mail Contacts in Exchange Online

I am a M365 Consultant and have good experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Teams and want to share my knowledge & Experience with everyone.

What is a contact ?
It is an object to store external user details like storing vendor details. For example, company name, website, location, address etc.
Benefit / usage :
1. Easy to pull report of contacts
2. It can be added in Mail-Enabled Security Group/ Security Group
3. It can be addedd in Dynamic Distribution List / Distribution List
4. It gets added to global address list automatically
5. Sending Email to contacts becomes easy
