Why Do I Need To Use Windows Paint To Open .HEIC Files In Windows 10 Instead Of Photoshop CC??
Why is it that in order to work with .HEIC files in Photoshop for Windows I can't open it directly? Yet I can do it with WINDOWS PAINT and export it as a JPG file!?!? SERIOUSLY ADOBE?!!?!?
