This video is demonstrating Cases. We are able to collect new cases through Email-to-Case and Web-to-Case. Both options are connected to our organization and a series of assignment rules are checked on all new cases. When a case passes an assignment rule it will be automatically assigned to the relevant user in our organization. Any case that can't be assigned goes to a Member Support Queue so that any user can help them. When a case is created, Salesforce will try to match it to an existing member record. When this happens, cases may also be seen in the Cases Related List on a specific account.
This video was created as part of the Talent Stacker group project build. We were given a list of requirements and four weeks to completely build an organization from scratch. Our final delivery requires demonstrating several features in the organization from the perspective of different users.
Chris Rouse is the presenter.
Topics covered in this demonstration include Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Assignment Rules, and Experience Builder.
