STEP 1- Download WinRar or 7ZIP- http://www.win-rar.com/start.html?&L=0
STEP 2- Download [ELS] Emergency Lighting System- http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/1386...
STEP 3- Extract the Zip Folder
STEP 4- Drag and Drop Files from ELS folder into your GTA 5 Directory
FINISHED INSTALLATION OF ELS
HOW TO DOWNLOAD ELS VEHICLES:
STEP 1- Go to LCPDFR.com and click on the vehicle models tab
STEP 2- Go to filters
STEP 3- Select "ELS" and either "POLICE" "FIRE" OR "EMS" Vehicles that you want
STEP 4- Download and follow installation instructions in the "READ ME" file for that vehicle
FINISHED INSTALLATION OF VEHICLES
HOW TO USE ELS IN GAME:
CONTROLLER
ACTIVATE LIGHTS (LEFT ON D-PAD 3 Times)
ACTIVATE SIREN (D-PAD DOWN)
-SWITCH BETWEEN SIRENS (O) on PS4 Controller
KEYBOARD
ACTIVATE LIGHTS ("J" Three Times)
ACTIVATE SIREN ("G")
SWITCH BETWEEN SIRENS (UNKNOWN TO ME ATM)
