TRANSPARENT aspic that YOU have NEVER eaten!!
Today, chicken aspic, and in the second part I will show how to serve aspic on the festive table.
Recipe:
Rooster - 1.2 kg.
Beef joint - 600 gr.
Water - 2.5 l.
Carrots - 1 small
Onion - 1 pc.
Salt - 1 tbsp. without a slide
Garlic - 1 tsp, preferably fresh.
Peppercorns and allspice - 3 pcs.
Bay leaf - 1 pc.
